Ande started her first business 20 years ago with all of a $100 gift card to her name, because she saw a gap in what we know about how learning works and what was really happening in education. Now, after starting three successful schools and consulting for hundreds of small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs, Ande and her team are helping organizations grow their impact by rethinking what it means to lead in our increasingly interconnected world. Their goal is to help organizations become learning organizations--growing, adapting, and thriving because their people are.
